Valve Blocks: All MAC solenoid valves are fully protected against contamination thanks to MACSOLENOID® and wiper motion technology. MAC Valves manufactures its own coils and is resistant to contamination and high heat.
Cartridge Valves: MAC Cartridge Valves feature the typical MAC design – balanced poppet, robust construction, high flow, low minimum operating pressure and a strong, reliable spring, and are also fully tested before shipment. As a result, life expectancy is proven to be up to 80 million cycles and they are fully compatible with all major valve block manufacturers.
Blow-Off Valves: The unique MAC Valves high temperature 4-way pilot technology and non-stick design allow for fast and reliable high flow blow-off applications for your final blow-off, precipitation blow-off, counter blow-off and cooling applications. They can be electrically or remotely operated from air. In-line or sub-base mounting allows for easy retrofitting on all machines.
High Temperature Bottom Base Valves: The new generation of MAC 4-way pilot solenoid and remote air valves are fully engineered for high temperature applications and heavy-duty environments. Custom mounts with MAC or ISO bases, Circuitbars® and transition plates allow for all combinations for easy retrofitting in maintenance and new machine designs. Mechanical or electronic controlled sandwich flow controls and sandwich pressure controls are available for press and blow applications.
Conveyor Valves: MAC Valves 4-way balanced pilot technology and non-stick design provide fast and reliable operation in sweeping applications where speed, accuracy and reliability are critical.
